I know I am late blogging about Thanksgiving and I wish I had the excuse that I was busy but it is the opposite. We were so lazy. I meant to take more pics but this is the only one. My niece, Anna, came and had dinner with us which was quite a treat since we don't see her nearly enough. This is after dinner and I think the boys are quite full. While Keith was here we did nothing but eat, sleep and watch football....go Arkansas!!! It was great being so lazy. He left yesterday and it took him about 12 hours to get home cause of weather. I think he is sick of the airlines. We did go out to the mall on Black Friday but since everyone knows my shopping is done way before Thanksgiving, we just walked around mostly (and had something to eat there of course). It is hard getting back into the swing of things since I am used to napping everyday but just a few weeks left before the semester break. Keith will be back in a couple of weeks and I am looking forward to that. I hope everyone enjoyed the break and I am looking forward to some much needed vacation time.Tuesday, November 27, 2007

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!! I am flying today and staying in Washington D.C. for the overnight. My pilots, Larry and Kraig, and I decided we needed a theme to get through the next few days, so we decided on "Laissez les bon temps roule!" After every announcment that was made, we had to say it. People were confused all day, but it was fun and kept the day light hearted. I was very homesick and was thinking about being home all day. I heard there was alot of good food I missed, I hope there's leftovers!! See ya'll tomorrow!Wednesday, November 21, 2007
Keith came home last night and helped me construct phase two of my village. We built a lake community. Dad had bought me some lighthouses and boats and it fits really well in with my village. It is built around our piano since we have fun out of room but we made it work for us. I know it is not even Thanksgiving yet but we have to do this around Keith's schedule. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.Tuesday, November 13, 2007

I thought keeping guns out of my boys hands would keep them from killing deer but apparently not. Kyle just used his car. Here he is trying to tie down his hood since it will not latch anymore. He hit the deer the other night on the road but I cannot go into detail because it makes me sick. However, he is ok, his passengers are ok and that is the most important thing. I am sure most of us have heard diaster stories about people hitting deer and it being a whole lot worse. When Kyle said he had bad news, my first thought was his shoulder came out again so him being safe is really all that matters. It is funny how later I want to be mad about the car but I just have to remember that at that moment all that mattered was Kyle was alive and the car is really a small thing. I tell ya, these kids never give me a dull moment!
