Josh spent last week here in Charleston with us. I wish I had more pics of him but we did not do much except relax. We did see Transformers and did some shopping but that is about it. But it was good to just hang with Josh since I miss him so much. Hopefully, he will be back soon. Love you, Joshua.

Michelle and John were married on Sunday, June 21. Michelle looked absolutely stunning and her happiness was overflowing.
The wedding was in Pensacola Beach and the weather more than cooperated.

The ceremony was both funny and sentimental. They laughed and cried and I have never seen Michelle so happy in her life.

We are excited to have John as a son-in-law since he is such a great guy but even better, he seems to want only Michelle's happiness. He shows her love and respect and that is all I have ever wanted Michelle to have. My heart swells when I think of how great the rest of Michelle and John's life will be. Congrats, you two. We love you both!

Leighton spent the week with us and we stayed pretty busy. This is the Angel Tree on John's Island, 1500 years old. I really wanted to climb it but there are signs everywhere that told me not to.
We also went to the aquarium. It was a little disappointing cause I forgot how small it was. But we did get to see penguins which are always cool.

Here we are in Savannah eating at Paula Deen's restaurant called Lady and Sons. It was amazing and we stuffed ourselves pretty good.

Of course we spent time on the beach, it was pretty most of the time this week. We took Opal walking almost everyday. Leighton found lots of pretty shells to take home with him.

This is at Fort Sumter which we took a ferry ride out to see where the first shot of the Civil War was fired upon. We also saw dolphins on our way out there which were really neat. We had a great time this week and I am sorry to see Leighton go home. Hopefully, he will come back again for a visit.
